Thank you for joining us at Berwick Area Middle School and High School to witness creativity, teamwork, problem solving, critical thinking, and more! Today’s event will showcase 39 teams from North Central Pennsylvania! These teams will WOW us with their solutions in 8-minute performances and complete spontaneous problem solving.

7:30AM Buildings open for teams/coaches (please do not arrive earlier than 7:30AM)

8AM-12PM – Registration (HS Cafeteria) **ALL teams must send a representative to pick up registration packet.

8AM-2PM – Merchandise sales (HS Cafeteria)

3PM-5PM – Merchandise sales (Varsity Gym lobby)

9AM-3PM – Food Sales (HS Cafeteria and MS Lobby)

3PM-5PM – Food Sales (Varsity Gym)

9AM-3PM – Long-term and Spontaneous competitions

The Parents’ Role at Competition

We parents are the drivers, the carriers, the huggers, the cheerers, the last-minute hardware store runners, the door holders, the floor sitters, and the mighty prop protectors. Our role at competitions is complicated. We must be supportive without getting in the way. Until our children’s spontaneous and long-term are over, we don’t own our children; their coaches own them.

Guidelines for Attendees:

• Turn off your cell phones during performances!
• Do not attempt to enter competition sites after the doors have been closed.
• Show respect and good sportsmanship to all competitors, coaches, judges, audience members, and tournament officials
• Do not take food into competition areas
• Dispose of trash properly – show respect for the school and competition sites
• Have fun!
